RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for purchasing a Myfootsie®. We are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date without processing fees and refunded to the original payment source. A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice must accompany the returned item.

Returned Myfootsies® must be received in new, unused and in re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of the returned item are non-refundable.

Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer nor will any refund be issued.
